Returns and Refunds
Should you purchase any goods from Love Your Silver that you are not entirely satisfied with, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund.

When returning your item please ensure they are returned safely in the original packaging with the original invoice. LoveYourSilver will refund your purchase price of the goods once we have recieved the returned order.

We are available by email from 10am and 6pm. You may leave a message with our team by telephone and we will respond as soon as we can.
Cancelling An Order
You may cancel your order at anytime prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are processed on the same day that they are made. You may find it quicker by emailing us lyslondon@googlemail.com with the heading CANCELLATION with your name, address and invoice number.
You may also withdraw from the order at anytime after it has been despatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. If you decide to cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery please do not unpack the goods when received.
